Unusual place, it was overall clean and had super-friendly and amicable staff in traditional manner by manager. This accommodation was in the central location in what must be one of Scotland's most beautiful villages.  

The staff are superfriendly and excellent, managed the parking nearby. In addition, it's 15 minutes walk to bus station.

Very comfy bed in guest room with central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel television. Street view, superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff in traditional manner by manager.

I had compact and neat room complete with a very comfortable bed, good towels, for example. It was in a central location, in what must be one of Scotland's most beautiful villages.

We loved the central location and how impeccably clean the place was kept. The staff was super friendly and affable in managing every request. Got a particularly good breakfast included. Terrific service was provided 

We had a functional queen room with four poster bed, beautifully furnished, for instance. Everything was perfect and the stuff was super-friendly and amicable. It was in a central setting in the region. 

Property was quaint, with amicable staff and magnificent location to the Highlands. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Perfect 10/10 overall experience.

Exceptionally clean pleasant accommodation with ideal location in a living museum and extremely friendly staff. Tastefully decorated & decent sized rooms with good towels, a single bed, for instance.

It was all superb.

The hotel was fairly large, and the meals were DELIGHTFUL, I appreciated the tranquil location not far from East Lothian, the restaurant and Edinburgh. The room was airy and neat with the bedroom as well as comfortable bed as expected. 

Enjoyed this small hotel, would definitely recommend. Well, it was a very lovely stay for one night. The location was peaceful, and we could reach Yester Parish Church by walking. Also, the area was pretty comfortable.  

This place is conveniently located near a golf club and the staff is dedicated and attentive.

Rooms are bright and immaculate with a massive king bed, beautifully furnished, continental breakfast, food is appetising. The location is marvellous and tranquil, 3 km from The Chester. It's in a lovely building in the beautiful area.  

The units were a decent size and recently renovated with four poster bed.
